?!

Just because two people fight
It doesn't mean that they hate each other.
There is no fight without care
And there is no care without love.

We will be one person today
And change into an entirely different one tomorrow.
We might look at the same thing in an entire different way.
But one thing that doen’t change is what defines us.

We might like someone and trust them so deep
And at the next instant become worse enemies.
But, true love doen’t know to hate
And if it hates then don't call it true love.

No two people are the same; Nor anyone
Should be what the other person expects them to be
True relationship is understanding the difference and
Still standing besides each other.

Don't love before you decide
And don't decide after you love.
For love is not buying a television set
There is no replacement or exchange.

If you cannot give a commitment
Then why the hell did you give one
And if you decide to break up, Stop
And think why you kept it for so long.

For relationship is not a something we buy
In a supermarket; To throw it away if its broken.
It deals with heart, So try to fix it.
For you might not regret later for not trying.

You are my moon

That was a romantic night
The sky was clear and,
The moon stood so near.
And, it was indeed, a romantic night.

And i stayed there, close to my window
Staring at the clear dark sky,
Full of stars silky and shimmery,
And, it was indeed, a romantic night.

There was a sudden light, flashing on my phone
Indicating tha a notification is on,
I took my mobile to see your text,
Ofcourse, sweetie, i miss you too.

With me locked up here,
And you locked up there,
We thought it was easy, but we were wrong,
Ofcourse, sweetie, i miss you too.

I wish you were here, so i could tell it loud,
That I need you, more than the sky needs a cloud,
I wish we were holding hands,
For you make me happy than every star in the sky.

Though we fight like silly and go mad,
Its only great times we have always had.
With you i have cried and laughed,
For you make me happy than every star in the sky.

Ofcourse, sweetie, i miss you too
And, it was indeed, a romantic night
For each star says how much i love you,
Oh yes baby, you are my moon.

Red, purple, blue, green, and yellow

Today, I saw few butterflies flying around the room.
Butterflies of all the colours, spreading joy in their wings
Red, purple, blue, green, and yellow

Their flight was so pulchritudinous and alluring!
Flying up, they were talking their own stories and laughing on their jokes;
Didn’t stop to notice someone noticing them fly with amusement.
Their colours were so magical, that anyone would lose their mind in them.
Red, purple, blue, green, and yellow

The magnificent Red one, in the middle of its gossip, looked at me.
The purple one created magic in its look – the look that worth more than money.
The ‘yoyo dude’ blue one was the youth of the group I guessed.
And the green had balanced thoughts which I could say when it glimpsed at me.
The ‘smiling princess’ yellow adorned its wings with wisdom and joy.
They were different in colour yet their flight was with joy and togetherness.
Red, purple, blue, green, and yellow

All the butterflies were foxy and all of them were mesmerising.
I bet nobody would stop looking at them
For, they were colourful and lovely.
Red, purple, blue, green, and yellow

Yes, I was starring at the plain walls.
Yes, there were no butterflies at all.
Yes, I was google-ing over the internet surfing the meaning for colours.
Red, purple, blue, green, and yellow

And this is what boredom brings to us.

MY DARK ROOM

I shut myself in a room of darkness.
I was so scared of the outside world,
That, I had shut myself in a room of darkness.
I was tired of the accidents that I met and wound that I got,
So I did shut myself into this room of darkness.

I then wanted to get back and started pull myself to normal,
But I found myself chained in the room of darkness and the keys lost.
I craved for candlelight in the room,
For I was locked in this room of darkness.

Suddenly, rays of sun light filled the room.
It broke the doors of the room of darkness and came in just for me,
It unchained me and held me tight, giving me more than what I wanted.
I was so happy for the light that I was jumping and singing.

Though I really love this light, for that it came only for my smile,
I was reluctant to it.
Though I loved that this light gave me back myself,
I preferred to go back my room of darkness.
I chained my arms and locked myself again in this room of darkness.

Now, I am thinking from this room of darkness,
Am I afraid of the outside getting hurt again?
No, I am not a coward.
Am I so used to the dark?
No, I am scared of it.
Then why am I locking myself into it?
Am I a fool?
But, I am still shut in this room of darkness.

What makes a day the best one

It is awesome when something we desire happens the same way. Today afternoon as I was going through the pictures in my phone to find a good wallpaper, I found a picture where a little girl was enjoying the rain. I felt, “I wish it rains today. Sigh. But the sun seemed as if he was really angry today. Hmmm” And then goes this story.

There was this ‘we’ innocent little friends (‘innocent’, ‘little’ are used for a dramatic effect. The ‘we’ and ‘innocent little’ will never go along :P) who came out of a hall after their work. The ‘we’ couldn’t see anything but rain. The downpour was heavy H-E-A-V-Y that for once they thought they had gone blind. And from that ‘we’ there was one cute girl (yeah it’s me :P) who wished that it would rain and who will always be delighted to play in the rain. The cute girl was so excited that she could hear her favourite song from the BGM (again a dramatization. The music was her phone ringing). She was very excited, like EXCITED as if India won the ICC world cup again. But, BUT the cute girl wasn’t able to get into the rain as she wore a beautiful white dress looking like an angel (this is not dramatization :P).
The innocent little friends waited long for the rain to go away (they really didn’t want it to happen as they were mesmerized with the rain’s beauty). Finally they gave up as they knew that their parents would be worried and started home (they actually wanted to get wet in the rain :P). So the cute girl along with the sweet girl and the naughty girl (they are the other friends of the ‘we’) got into the vehicle (triples we went. In emergency cases traffic rules don’t give us a choice) and they found the road missing (found missing. Hehe. I am falling in love with the language now :P). The city looked like it just healed from a heavy flood. Another water water everywhere experience (to read the first one, you have to go down the blog).
The rain was so hard that we felt it was not rainfall but pinfall; the thunder and the lightening seemed to have a big fight with each other; the vehicle’s break suddenly became too adamant to work. Splashing water from the road, poking rainfall, breakless vehicle, blindfolded us- no one would call it their best day. But to the ‘we’, it was the best day. The fun that they had during that ride, they’ll never forget- silly comments, dirty jokes, irrelevant gossips, meaningless laughs, stupid little fights and the most desirable rain- made their day the best.

Thus the story ended like a fairy tale- HAPPY ENDING. I will say that this is the best rainfall I ever had in my life along with my dearest buddies. Maybe as I am writing this, even my friends are talking about their best rainfall to their parents now. With friends even the worst experience of life becomes the most cherishing one ever. That are the ones who make a day the best one. Love you girls :)

I spoke to the sun

Once I saw the sun rising between two buildings,

I looked at him shining with all its glory, giving light to people in darkness.
He looked at me back and asked “Why are you shining so much today?”

Maybe he hasn’t seen me before, or did I really have a new shine in me then?
I smiled. I knew the answer.  He smiled. Cuz even he knew it.

I told with pride that its cuz I have my friend.
So the sun asked “What is it like to have a friend?”
I said, having a friend is the best thing that could ever happen in anyone's life.

Friendship is like walking on seashore during sunset teasing each other and holding her hand, feeling secured that she will be there even when others fail.
Friendship is like jumping into the water, mostly pushed into, where the moments of fear will vanish when she jumps after.
Friendship is like sitting next to her in classroom, still texting each other, just because the smile we get on our face when we read those meaningless texts after we get back home.
Friendship is like the emotion you get when anyone asks her for an extra pen, she gives them the third one, keeping the second one for you.
Friendship is when she is ready to take even three of us in her vehicle, though I have a vehicle, jus because she doesn’t want to leave me alone for few seconds too.
Friendship is like a block in a jigsaw, without which your puzzle of life can never be solved.

The sun smiled at me and said, “Now I see why I saw you brighter than myself this morning!”
I turned to my side, my friend was holding my hand. We smiled at the sun back and left.

LYING EFFICIENTLY

“Sorry ma’am, my grandfather is sick”, “Sir my car broke down”., are the normal lies that we usually hear everyday. But does it workout always?? NO. But why?

The less dependable lying signs are the ones on which we have most control, such as words, because we can rehearse it many times before the play. This is how most of the politicians and actors sound very convincing when they are lying. But if they are closely watched, it is easily predictable that they are lying. Most of the lies are caught by the gestures a person makes automatically, because they have a little control or no control over them. For example, Men and women both increase the number of gulps of saliva when lying, but this is usually noticed with men because of their enlarged Adam’s apple.

MOST COMMON LYING GESTURES
1.     THE MOUTH COVER: The hand covers the mouth as the brain instructs the body to suppress the non-supporting words that can be said. This gesture shows the opponent or the person you are lying to clearly that you are hiding something. The “shhhhh” gesture (finger’s placed vertically over the lips) is used as an attempt to tell themselves not to reveal the truth.
2.     THE NOSE TOUCH: This gesture can either be a several quick touch below the nose or one quick; women perform a softer nose touch than men, probably to avoid the smudging of their make-up.
3.     THE EYE RUB: This is the brain’s attempt to block out the unwanted or the useless things he sees, or to avoid having to look at the face of the person who is being lied to. Like nose touch, men do a vigorous eye rub than women, because women tend not to smudge their make-up.
4.     THE EAR GRAB: The ear grab is the symbol that is used by a person to signal that he has heard enough and wants to speak. The ear grab may be rubbing of ears, Finger Drill – where the fingertip screws back and forth inside the ear, pulling the ear lobes or bending the ear forward covering the ear hole. In Italy this ear grab, however, is used to indicate that someone is effeminate or a gay.
5.     THE NECK SCRATCH: The index finger scratches the side of the neck below the earlobe indicating a signal of doubt or uncertainty. The verbal version of this gesture is,” I’m not sure I agree”. It can be very obvious if the verbal language contradicts the gesture, like someone uses the gesture and tells, “I can understand how you feel”, but they don’t.
6.     COLLAR PULL: Desmond Morris was one of the first to discover that lies causes a tingling sensation to the soft skin of face and neck, and this is why we get an itchy feeling to satisfy it. This gives a good explanation as to why people use collar pull while lying and the suspect have been caught during the research.
7.     FINGERS- IN-THE-MOUTH: This gesture is an unconscious attempt by the person who feels under pressure. This gesture can be connected to lying as it is an outward indication of an inner need for reassurance thus giving guarantees and assurance.

Body language is easier to fake with men than with women because, overall, men aren’t good readers of body language. This also explains why women are better liars than men. Men do not notice the body language of women thus believing the words alone. The other reason is women tend to tell complicated lies than men.

Now, we know what are the gestures or body languages normally used while lying. But can we fake it? The general answer is a ‘NO’. There is a lack of congruence that I likely to occur between the main gestures, the body’s micro-signals and the spoken words. For example, open palms are always associated with honesty but when a faker, although, holds his palm open and gives a convincing smile, his micro signals contradict and gives some other signals that do not go with his open palm. The reader easily tends not to believe it. To add on, the body signals are connected to the verbal language. Thus when we tend to fake the gesture the verbal language does not coincide with his gesture and making it difficult for him to utter the lie clearly. The fakers can only pretend for a short period of time.
